• Local candidates to Indianapolis only will be considered.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise digital transformation / modernization efforts Required 10 Years
• Senior level experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools Required 10 Years
• Experience leading large-scale organizational change efforts Required 10 Years
• Experience leading training development and execution of large-scale process changes and software solution integrations with multiple business units Required 10 Years
• Good understanding of large organization issues, structure, and business acumen Required 10 Years
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of software development lifecycles Required 10 Years
• Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics Required
• Understand how to collect relevant data, to synthesize and summarize data, and to perform root cause analysis Required
• Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal Required
• Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization Required
• Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences Required
• Excellent active listening skills Required
• Flexibility and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations Required
